At SS Creation Books, we strive to ensure that our educational books, digital tools, and customized content bring joyful learning experiences to classrooms and homes. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Physical Books and Educational Kits

We accept returns on our standard physical publications (such as Kindergarten books, activity books, and rhymes/EVS collections) under the following conditions:

Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. Books with bent pages, spine creases, marks, or signs of wear cannot be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If a book or product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, log in to your account and follow the process within 48 hours of delivery.

Login to your account and follow the process.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund for defective items at no additional shipping cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable and Custom Items

Certain types of products cannot be returned or refunded:

Customized School Materials: Any books, curricula, or materials customized specifically for a school, institute, or individual are final sale and cannot be returned unless there is a printing or manufacturing defect.
Digital Content & Ed-Tech Solutions: Purchases or subscriptions for digital learning content, online educational assets, or school ERP solutions via platforms like FirstSchooling are non-refundable once access has been granted or downloaded.

4. Cancellation Policy

Standard Orders: You can cancel an order for standard books before it enters the shipping process. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return upon delivery following our standard return rules.
Custom Printing Orders: Orders for customized printing or bulk educational content cannot be canceled once production or design work has officially commenced.

5. How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Except in cases of damaged or defective items, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received it. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (or via bank transfer) within 7 to 10 business days.
