Thank you for choosing SS Creation Books! We are committed to delivering our high-quality educational books, activity kits, and customized materials to schools, parents, and partners across India as swiftly and securely as possible.

1. Shipment Processing Times

Standard Retail Orders: Orders for standard publications (such as individual Kindergarten text or activity books) are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of receiving your confirmed order.
Bulk & Institutional Orders: Large orders placed directly by schools or educational institutions typically require 5 to 7 business days for sorting, packaging, and dispatch.
Customized Content & Printed Materials: For customized school diaries, tailored curricula, or specialized materials, production timelines will be mutually agreed upon during your inquiry phase. Shipping will commence immediately upon completion of the printing and binding process.

Please note: We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout or detailed in your bulk wholesale invoice.

We partner with reliable domestic courier networks to ensure safe delivery. Estimated transit times vary based on your location:

3. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our warehouse , a shipping confirmation email or SMS will be sent containing your unique Tracking ID and a link to the courier partner's tracking portal. You will be able to monitor the journey of your books in real-time.

4. Shipping to Schools & Institutional Deliveries

For bulk school deliveries, please ensure that the institution's gate, receiving department, or administrative office is accessible to delivery vehicles during standard operating hours (typically 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM). If a specific delivery time or point-of-contact is required, please specify this in your order notes or inform your account manager prior to dispatch.

5. Damages and Incorrect Deliveries

We take extreme care in packaging books to avoid bent corners or moisture damage during transit. However, if your shipment arrives noticeably damaged, wet, or torn:

Please do not accept the package from the courier if the outer box is completely destroyed.
Take clear photographs of the damage.
Reach out to us at info@sscreationbooks.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details so we can swiftly ship out a replacement.
