3. Complete School Growth Plan
An integrated school solution that may include academic resources, preschool books, LMS, ERP, website solutions and technical/academic support.
These school-focused products and programmes are not intended for individual parent or consumer purchases.
2. ELIGIBILITY TO ORDER
Orders may be placed only by an eligible school or educational institution or by an individual who is duly authorized to purchase on behalf of such institution.
By placing an order, submitting an enquiry or using a School Account, you confirm that:

You are purchasing on behalf of a school or educational institution; or

You are an authorized representative of the school; and

The information provided to SS Creation Books is accurate and complete.
SS Creation Books reserves the right to verify school or institutional information before creating an account, accepting an order or providing school-specific pricing.
3. SCHOOL ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
SS Creation Books provides an online ordering facility for verified schools.
A school that wishes to order products online must first contact SS Creation Books or complete the applicable school registration/enquiry process.
After verification, SS Creation Books may create a dedicated School Account for the institution.

4. SCHOOL LOGIN & ACCOUNT CREDENTIALS
Once a School Account has been approved, SS Creation Books may provide login credentials to the school's authorized representative.
The login credentials are intended exclusively for the authorized school.
The school is responsible for:

Keeping login credentials confidential

Preventing unauthorized access

Not sharing credentials with unrelated third parties

Ensuring that orders placed through the account are authorized by the school

Informing SS Creation Books promptly if the account or credentials may have been compromised
Orders placed through an authorized School Account may be treated as orders placed by the school unless SS Creation Books has been notified of unauthorized access.
SS Creation Books may suspend or reset an account where necessary for security, verification or administrative reasons.
5. ONLINE ORDERING FACILITY
Verified schools may use their School Account to browse and order products made available to their account.

6. PRE-SCHOOL BOOKS — ONLINE ORDERS
Verified schools can order Pre-School Books directly through their authorized School Account.
Schools may select the required:

according to their academic requirements.
For example, a school may order:
Playgroup Books — 50 Sets
Nursery Books — 75 Sets
Prep Books — 60 Sets
The price displayed to the school may be based on its approved School Account, applicable quantity, pricing arrangement or discount scheme.
The school should review the selected products, quantities, pricing and delivery information before submitting the order.
7. SCHOOL-SPECIFIC DISCOUNTS & COUPON CODES
SS Creation Books may provide school-specific discount schemes or coupon codes.
Such discount or coupon codes may be provided by the school's designated Account Manager or authorized representative of SS Creation Books.
The applicable coupon may allow the school to receive a discount according to the terms communicated by SS Creation Books.
Coupon Conditions

Coupon codes are generally assigned to a specific school account.

Coupon codes may not be transferred to another school or unauthorized person.

A coupon may be valid only for specified products, categories, quantities or periods.

Certain products or customized services may be excluded from discounts.

Multiple coupon codes may not necessarily be combined.

Coupon codes have no cash value.

Coupon codes cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for cash.

8. ORDERING CUSTOMIZED PRE-SCHOOL KITS
Verified schools may order Customized Pre-School Kits using their authorized School Account.
The school may select the required kit/class and quantity according to its requirements.
Minimum Order Requirement
The minimum order for Customized Pre-School Kits is:
5 Sets per Class
The minimum requirement applies separately to each class.
For example, an eligible order may include:
Toddlers — 5 Sets
Playgroup — 5 Sets
or:
Toddlers — 10 Sets
Playgroup — 15 Sets
Nursery — 25 Sets
Prep — 20 Sets
Different quantities may be ordered for different classes, provided that the minimum requirement of 5 sets for each selected class is met.
For example:
3 Toddlers Sets + 7 Playgroup Sets
would not meet the minimum requirement because the Toddlers order is below the required minimum of 5 sets.
The online ordering system may restrict or prevent submission of customized kit orders that do not meet the applicable minimum quantity.
9. CUSTOMIZED KIT PROCESS
The general customized kit process may be:
Step 1 — School Places Order
The school selects the required customized kits, classes and quantities through its School Account, ensuring that the minimum requirement of 5 sets per class is met.
Step 2 — Order Verification
SS Creation Books verifies the order, quantity, customization requirements and applicable payment terms.
Step 3 — Branding & Customization
The school provides or confirms the required:

Step 4 — Design/Proof Approval
Where applicable, SS Creation Books may provide a design or proof for the school's approval before production.
Step 5 — Production
Once the required approvals and payments are completed, customization and production may begin.
Step 6 — Packing & Delivery
The completed kits are packed and dispatched to the school according to the agreed delivery arrangements.
SS Creation Books will make reasonable efforts to prepare and deliver customized kits within the estimated timeline communicated to the school.
Customized orders may require additional production time compared with standard products.
10. CUSTOMIZED KIT QUANTITY & MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT
Customized Pre-School Kits are prepared specifically for individual schools and are subject to a minimum order requirement of 5 sets per class.
Minimum Order:

For example, a school may order:

11. CUSTOMIZATION APPROVAL
Customized products are produced specifically for the ordering school.
The school may be required to approve the final design, branding and information before production.

18. PAYMENT
Schools are required to make payments according to the payment terms communicated in the quotation, invoice, online checkout or order confirmation.
For customized kits and school-specific orders, an advance payment may be required before customization or production begins.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customization charges or additional service charges will be communicated before order confirmation or shown during the applicable ordering process.
19. ORDER CONFIRMATION

21. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Because our products are primarily supplied for institutional requirements and customized products may be produced specifically for a school, returns are subject to the applicable product and order terms.
Customized products generally cannot be returned simply because the school changes its requirements after production has commenced.
If products are received damaged, defective or materially incorrect, the school should notify SS Creation Books within the applicable period communicated with the order and provide photographs or other relevant information where requested.
After verification, SS Creation Books may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law, arrange replacement or another appropriate resolution.
22. CANCELLATION
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the stage of the order.
For standard products, cancellation may be possible before dispatch, subject to the applicable order terms.
For customized products or services, cancellation may not be possible once:

The school remains responsible for ensuring that the materials provided to SS Creation Books do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
SS Creation Books may use the supplied materials solely for fulfilling the school's approved order and providing the agreed services.
24. SS CREATION INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original content, educational material, designs, layouts, illustrations, curriculum structures, software interfaces, website content, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property belonging to SS Creation Books remain the property of SS Creation Books or its respective licensors unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Purchasing books, kits or services does not transfer ownership of SS Creation Books' underlying intellectual property.
25. USE OF DIGITAL SERVICES
Where the Complete School Growth Plan includes LMS, ERP, website or other digital services, access and usage may be subject to additional service-specific terms.
School accounts and login credentials must be used only by authorized users.
The school is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its credentials and ensuring that its authorized users use the services appropriately.
26. TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Where technical support is included in the selected plan, support will be provided according to the scope of the applicable plan.
Technical support does not necessarily include:

27. ACADEMIC RESOURCES

They should be implemented by schools and teachers using their professional judgment and according to the school's academic requirements.
SS Creation Books does not guarantee a particular academic outcome for an individual child or school.
28. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
SS Creation Books may update, improve or modify its educational products, designs, digital platforms and services from time to time.
Where a school has already placed a confirmed order, material changes affecting that order will be communicated where reasonably necessary.
29. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SS Creation Books will make reasonable efforts to provide products and services as described and agreed with the school.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SS Creation Books will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Parents, individual consumers or unauthorized persons may not create, use or obtain access to a School Account for purchasing school-only products.
SS Creation Books reserves the right to cancel, reject or suspend orders or accounts where the purchaser cannot be verified as an eligible school or educational institution.
35. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India, subject to applicable law.
36. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

10 Toddlers Kits + 15 Playgroup Kits — Eligible
3 Toddlers Kits + 7 Playgroup Kits — Not eligible because the Toddlers quantity is below the minimum requirement.
Once a customized kit order is confirmed and the required customization/production process has commenced, the order may not be cancellable or returnable except as provided under the applicable order terms or law.
SS Creation Books will process, customize and deliver eligible customized kit orders according to the confirmed order and the estimated production and delivery timeline communicated to the school.
